Kasie has called Durham home for over 20 years, and she has had the privilege of watching the Triangle area grow and evolve firsthand. With several years of experience as a property manager in the Raleigh-Durham region, she brings local knowledge, reliable service, and a personal touch to every property she manages. At PPMG, her goal is to help property owners feel confident and supported- whether they're around the corner or across the country. She is here to take the stress out of property ownership, so you can enjoy the rewards with peace of mind.

Baxter has worked in single-family property management since 2020. She graduated from NC State University with a degree in business administration, with a concentration in Finance. She has spent years developing relationships with local vendors, Realtors, and home owners in an effort to provide top-notch, well-informed service to her clients. She grew up in Durham and knows the area well--but loves exploring the rest of the state as well!

With over 15 years of experience in Property Management, Maegan has consistently achieved high occupancy rates, led teams to excellence, and earned multiple awards for performance; including Property Manager of the Year in 2023. Her background includes extensive expertise in leasing, tenant relations, risk management, and team development. Known for her integrity, organization, and professionalism, Maegan combines a detail-oriented mindset with a passion for community building and client satisfaction. As a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Agent, she continues to excel in promoting excellence in Property Management.
What Maegan enjoys most about Property Management, is the ability to connect with others in the community through building relationships with home owners, vendors, tenants, and other networking professionals. She is also a big animal lover, and loves meeting Tenant's pets!
